Dott Secures €85M in New Funding

Dott has raised €85m through a combination of bond issuance and equity. The funds will support fleet expansion, debt refinancing, and general operations. Following its merger with TIER Mobility, Dott has achieved profitability on an adjusted EBITDA basis and now operates in 400 cities across Europe. The company also reported a 10% year-over-year increase in rides per rider. The new capital will help roll out new vehicle models starting in 2026.
Voi Reports Record Q3 Revenue and Growth

Swedish micromobility operator Voi Technology achieved record performance in Q3 2025, with net revenue rising 34% year-over-year to €57.5m. The company also reported its strongest operational cash flow to date at €19.8m.

Its valuation was marked up to $655.8m in Q3 2025, up 7.3% from Q2 and 35% from December 2024.
Growth was driven by a 57% increase in rides and a larger deployed fleet, while improved asset utilization contributed to higher profitability. The quarter was also highlighted by Voi’s successful launch in Paris, its largest-ever contract, and a €40m bond issuance to fund further expansion.

Kingbull Launches Voyager 2.0 Cargo E-Bike

Kingbull has launched the Voyager 2.0, a new, heavy-duty cargo e-bike featuring a 450-pound payload capacity, a 750W Bafang motor with torque sensing, and an optional dual-battery setup for up to 100 miles of range. It is built for utility with stability features, hydraulic disc brakes, and premium accessories, and is currently available starting at $1,249 during a limited-time promotion.
Blike Secures £10M to Expand E-Bike Access
UK e-bike subscription service Blike has secured a £10m debt facility to make e-bikes more accessible and affordable. The funding will enable the company to lower monthly subscription costs, with packages starting from £64, including insurance, maintenance, and theft protection. Blike aims to reach millions who cannot afford upfront bike costs or do not qualify for traditional finance schemes, helping to democratize access to sustainable mobility.

Bird Partners with Spoke Safety for Vehicle Communication
Bird has partnered with Spoke Safety to pilot a connected safety system in Denver that enables real-time communication between e-scooters, vehicles, and city infrastructure. The technology, VRU2X, aims to help road users anticipate each other’s movements to prevent collisions. A live demonstration is scheduled for November 12, with the pilot launching on a portion of Bird’s Denver fleet. The initiative represents Bird’s latest investment in micromobility safety technology.

Northern Ireland Urged to Launch Shared E-Scooter Trial
Collaborative Mobility UK (CoMoUK), a transport charity in UK, is calling for Northern Ireland to trial a shared e-scooter scheme, warning the region is falling behind the rest of the UK in adopting sustainable transport. With over 60m e-scooter trips taken in England through similar trials, the charity advocates for the scheme to reduce car dependency and emissions. It also recommends expanding Belfast’s bike-share program and creating mobility hubs to offer a wider range of transport options.

Stevens Unveils Redesigned E-Inception E-Mountain Bikes

Bicycle manufacturer Stevens has introduced a completely redesigned E-Inception series for 2026, featuring three new e-mountain bike models. The updates include a new frame geometry with a steeper seat tube and slacker head angle, along with a weight reduction of over 500 grams. The lineup consists of two all-mountain models with 160/150mm travel and one enduro model with 170/160mm travel, all equipped with a Bosch Performance Line CX motor and a removable 800Wh battery.
San Marcos Approves Stricter E-Bike Rules, Bans Riders Under 12
The San Marcos City Council has banned children under 12 from riding e-bikes, becoming the first city along the 78 corridor to adopt such a restriction. The rule was enabled by a recent state law and is part of the city’s “Ride Right” safety campaign, which includes educational partnerships and new signage. While the city has seen fewer e-bike crashes than others, officials noted that e-bikes are involved in nearly four times as many injury collisions as traditional bicycles. Enforcement will initially focus on warnings and education rather than citations.
Lime Deploys 500 Child-Seat E-Bikes in Paris

Lime has launched 500 e-bikes equipped with secure child seats in Paris to improve mobility. The child seats are attached to the rear and comply with European safety standards (EN14344). The move comes as 66 % of parents in the Paris region are willing to switch from car to bike for short trips.
Ridepanda Secures $12.6M Funding

Ridepanda, an e-bike employee benefit platform founded by ex-Lime, Bird, and Scoot leaders, raised $12.6M in new funding combining growth equity and strategic debt financing led by Bikeleasing Group, alongside major investors like Yamaha Motor Ventures and Blackhorn Ventures. The investment supports Ridepanda’s push to expand corporate e-bike leasing in the U.S., where demand for sustainable commuting and Return-to-Office (RTO) incentives is rising. Employers using Ridepanda report 10–13% e-bike adoption.
Shared E-Scooters and E-Bikes Return to Logan

Logan City Council has partnered with HelloRide to reintroduce a shared e-scooter and e-bike scheme, nearly a year after the previous provider, Beam Mobility, ended its contract. The new service will pilot safety technology, including footpath-riding detection and automatic speed control. The return follows a period of heightened safety concerns, with local e-scooter rider hospitalizations more than doubling in 2024. The council has not disclosed details of the new agreement or addressed specific community questions about the partnership.
