Kristian Brink is the CEO of Urban Sharing and Chair of the Bike Share Expert Group (BSEG) of Cycling Industries' Europe (CIE). He has been involved in bike share since 2015, where he started out writing tender specs for a bike share system in Cairo that was launched in October 2022.

With an international background, Kristian has served at Nextbike as a director of sales, worked as an independent consultant in Singapore, and is since 2021 the CEO of Urban Sharing in Norway, the software platform for some of the largest bike share systems in Europe. From just 3 systems in Norway, he has scaled the company to 9 fleets in Europe and introduced some of the newest operational tools to the micromobility market, bringing innovation to pre existing fleets to give them new life.
