Theodore Ullrich (1984) is an entrepreneur, engineer, designer, and equitable mobility advocate. He is the founding partner of Tomorrow Lab®, an internationally recognized hardware invention studio based in NYC which was recognized on the cover of Entrepreneur Magazine in 2014 as a Top Tech Innovator. Prior to launching Plus Rides in 2019, he was a founding team member of SocialBicycles, later named JUMP (Iacquired by UBER in 2017), where he designed & engineered JUMP’s locking mechanisms, on-bike interfaces, checkout experience, and more. Theodore holds a Masters of Industrial Design from Georgia Tech and Bachelors of Inventive Design Engineering from Purdue University.
