E-bike enthusiast and currently leading the California E-Bike Incentive Project at the CA Air Resources Board (CARB), Shaun Ransom has worked in the shared and micro mobility space for the last 6 years. Shaun specializes in developing funding opportunities through both the CA Energy Commission and CARB that promote mobility options to underserved communities through grants and incentive programs.
