Sebnem has been working in the field of sustainable transportation policy since she moved to the Bay Area in 2016. She is one of the policy wonks who can translate policy into tech talk. She is now working as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Utility API. In the meantime, she built her consulting company in January 2022, and she is only collaborating with the sustainable transportation hi-tech companies. She studied Professional Diploma Program in Business Administration and Project Management at UC Berkeley, MA in Development Studies at Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva (IHEID) and another MA in International Political Economy at the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.
