Robin Wauters is a seasoned technology entrepreneur, journalist, analyst, keynote speaker and event curator, with a wealth of knowledge about the European startup and investment ecosystem(s).

He's currently the founder of boutique strategic communications advisory firm Profoundo, a board member at the European Startup Network and Venture Scout at EWOR.

Robin is also a founding member of Belgian angel investment collective and early-stage fund Syndicate One, and a co-founder of BeCentral, an innovation campus located in Brussels.

Previously, Robin was a co-founder and CEO of Tech.eu, the premier source of European tech news and market intelligence. Prior to this, he was the European Editor of The Next Web and a senior editor at TechCrunch.
