At Sony, he served as President and COO. At Sony, Molyneux transformed the operational structure and catalyzed growth initiatives across retail, consumer products, professional solutions, and more. His diverse leadership background also includes experience at Dyson Americas, where he captained the company’s North American go-to-market strategy and expansion across Latin America. Phil’s successful record of global leadership, entrepreneurship, business transformation, and extensive consumer and B2B retail experience is helping catalyze Rad Power Bikes’ future growth initiatives and drive the company’s mission to create a world where transportation is energy-efficient, enjoyable, and accessible to all.
