As Operations Manager for Third Rail EBikes, Noah Stern oversees the day-to-day retail environment and long term strategizing at one of San Francisco's largest EBike shops and repair centers. As the first full time employee, Noah takes pride in providing excellent customer service and taking an education-first approach to sales and service. The EBike world evolves fast and with more EBikes than ever being sold to beginner cyclists, educating with patience and care is the core of his business ideology. Noah is San Francisco born & raised and proud to be serving the community he grew up in. El Farolito on Mission St. is his favorite burrito spot, while Kevin's Noodle House on Irving is his choice for pho. In his free time he enjoys woodworking and playing basketball.
