Born and raised in Lakeville, Minnesota, Levi Conlow is the 28-year-old Co-Founder and CEO of Lectric eBikes, a direct-to-consumer electric bike company based in Phoenix, AZ with 130+ employees. Lectric eBikes is the fastest-growing electric bike company in the U.S. and has sold more than 450,000 eBikes in its first 5 years. In 2023, the company helped electrify more Americans than GM, Ford, Rivian, Nissan, Volkswagen, and Audi combined. Most of this growth is powered by the success of the Lectric XP 3.0, the most popular eBike in America, and since 2021 the third most popular EV behind the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. Conlow has a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations and a master’s degree in Leadership. He is also a 2022 Featured Honoree in Forbes 30 Under 30 and has dedicated much of his efforts to philanthropic work since the company’s launch in 2019. In 2023, Lectric eBikes donated more than $2.5 million to projects around the world.
