Joel Thomas Mulligan works at the City of Copenhagen, as an UrbanTech Innovation Partner in Copenhagen Solutions Lab (CSL). CSL helps pioneer innovative urban development through technology-driven initiatives, fostering collaboration among tech companies, startups, other ecosystem organizations, and the City of Copenhagen.

Joel has a domain focus within mobility and cycling. He is a member of the City of Copenhagen’s working group for business and growth, and he is a founding steering committee member of the BLOXHUB Mobility Networking Group.

Joel is driven to improve cooperation between the tech/startup ecosystem and municipalities, to help create globally scalable solutions for vibrant people-oriented cities. Prior to working at the City of Copenhagen, he has worked in the micromobility industry, and in early-stage tech startups in product and commercial roles.
