Joe Kraus joined Lime in 2018 and serves as the company’s President. Mr. Kraus is responsible for Lime’s product and technology functions, including Hardware Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Management and Software Engineering.From 2009 to 2018, Mr. Kraus was a General Partner at GV, the venture capital arm of Alphabet where he invested primarily in transportation, logistics and marketplace companies. Mr. Kraus began his career as a two-time entrepreneur, founding Excite in 1993 (IPOed in 1996 and sold in 2000) and JotSpot in 2004 (sold to Google in 2006).Mr. Kraus received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University in 1993.
