Hedi Mardisoo is co-founder and CEO of Cachet, a European insurtech building adaptive  insurance for the platform economy, with a particular focus on gig workers and shared mobility across Europe.

As a regulated insurance broker licensed in Estonia and operating across 17 countries in the EU, Hedi has become a first-hand voice on the challenges of scaling digital insurance or platform economy, requiring flexible insurance across the EU. She is active in EU-level discussions on startup scaling and digital regulation, and brings a practitioner's perspective to the gap between the promise of European harmonisation and the reality of divergent national implementation.

Hedi has been recognised among Europe's Top 100 Women in Tech by Sifted/FT and named one of 100 Global Mobility Change makers.
