Harper Mills is a member of the New Mobility Team at The Boston Transportation Department. The team works to improve access to multi-modal transportation services, manage curb space more efficiently, grow the network of EV charging stations, and pilot micro mobility programs. Since joining BTD in January of 2022, Harper has also acted as the Program Manager for Boston Delivers, an e-cargo bike delivery pilot program set to launch in Fall of 2023. Harper holds a B.A. from Scripps College in Political Science with a focus on urban public policy.
