Fredrik Hjelm is the founder and CEO of Voi, Europe's leading micromobility operator with $200M+ in revenue and profitable in 2025, and co-founder of Pit, an AI platform for enterprise business operations. He started his first entrepreneurial ventures as a teenager in northern Sweden, took a stint to serve his country as an interpreter in the Swedish Armed Forces including in Moscow, and came back to build companies.
