Evan Costagliola has dedicated his career to building equitable, mobile, healthy, and resilient cities. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Cityfi Europe and with nearly 20 years of experience active mobility and micromobility policy, planning, and partnerships, Evan has built intersections between cities and private mobility enterprises. He has designed and managed municipal shared micromobility and bike share programs, implemented mobility hubs, and built electric micromobility policies in cities across the world. Evan’s insights from his time in the micromobility industry is invaluable to cities and public transport agencies looking to advance small vehicle access policies, programs, and partnerships.In previous lives, Evan has also served as Lime’s global director of transportation partnerships and built one of the world's first municipal new mobility programs at the Seattle Department of Transportation.
