Now a global sales manager for Comodule, Dan Waltermire has a long history in both the mobility and traditional bicycle industries. Originally a mountain bike racer and mechanic, he worked for companies like Trek Bicycles while in mechanical engineering school at CU Boulder. Now he works as both a Sales Manager and digital transformation consultant for Comodule. While his primary role is helping OEM’s navigate the transformation to a digital ecosystem, he is also working behind the scenes to increase user safety and security with technologies like GPS tracking, V2X communication, and crash detection.
