Dan is co-founder and CEO of sister companies Wombi (USA) and Lug+Carrie (Australia). Identified as the largest subscription fleet of eCargo bikes globally, the company’s product, fleet management platform and behaviour change programs make eBikes accessible and viable as everyday transport. After trying a Tern eCargo bike at his brother and co-founder Ben’s insistence, and as a late blooming bike commuter with two young kids, Dan was totally convinced of the transformative potential of the eCargo bike. Since then, Dan and Ben have been building out as many ways as they can to remove the barriers for eBikes to replace car trips. Before founding Wombi and Lug+Carrie, Dan led Commercial Lending and Equipment Finance products for the National Australia Bank and as a member of the bank's Climate Change Working Group led programs to stimulate the adoption of low emission technologies and practices by the bank and its customers.
