Cornelius Kiermasch has been heading the Shared Mobility division at Deutsche Bahn since 2019, where he is responsible for Call a Bike and Flinkster car sharing. Prior to this, after completing his M.A. in Sustainability Economics & Management (with a focus on mobility), he gained extensive experience in the car sharing and automotive industries, including at car2go (now Free2Move) and Daimler/Mercedes. As an avid cyclist, he combines a strategic perspective on shared mobility with a strong focus on what works economically for operators and is well received by users.
