Colin is a Principal Micromobility Consultant at The Rebel Group with 15 years of experience working in the micromobility sector for public, private, and non-profit sectors. Previous to joining Rebel, Colin lead micromobility policy in California for Lyft, was the Head of Micromobility Policy for Uber, and launched and operated the world’s first dockless e-bikeshare system as a General Manager for JUMP. Colin has also worked for the global non-profit Institute for Transportation and Development Policy, The Asian Development Bank, and Bay Area Rapid Transit.
