With over 35 years in the Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) industry, Brian Rott is a seasoned entrepreneur leading multiple ventures in Last Mile distribution and service field. As CEO of Cart Mart, he heads one of the largest LSV dealer groups globally. Brian’s journey began with his grandfather, Ben Bellman, who manufactured electric “Caddie Cars” in the early 1950s and opened Cart Mart in 1959 to resell his vehicles. This early exposure laid the foundation for Brian’s future endeavors. Under his leadership, Cart Mart expanded into new markets, completed acquisitions, secured partnerships with marquee brands, and received numerous accolades, including Top Dealer for each of his brands, and recognition by Inc. Magazine and the San Diego Business Journal. Brian was named CEO of the Year in 2019 and received a Vistage International Lifetime Achievement Award. Brian also founded DRIEV, Inc., a logistics company focusing on LSV transportation, and Superior Onsite Service, a tech-focused mobile service enterprise. His consulting firm, Rottn’ Advice, provides strategic advice in the LSV market. Brian’s mission is to impact the last mile transportation sector positively, driven by a passion for innovation and excellence.
