Alex Keating is Head of Policy and Partnerships at Veo, the micromobility company on a mission to end car dependency by making clean transportation accessible to all. Alex leads Veo’s partnerships and policy work, ensuring that Veo is a responsible and proactive partner to the cities and universities that the company serves. Before joining Veo, Alex worked across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, including at Getaround, the New York City Department of Transportation, and the Penn Institute of Urban Research. During his six years as Director of Special Projects with the New York City Department of Transportation, Alex developed an in-depth understanding of how to develop meaningful and effective public-private mobility partnerships. Alex holds a MA Honors degree in Politics from University of Edinburgh, and a Masters in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
