Agustin Guilisasti is the Founder and CEO of Forest, London’s most sustainable shared e-bike service.

Under Agustin’s leadership, Forest has become a standout success story in London’s mobility sector. The company now employs over 70 people, boasts more than 1.5 million registered users, and facilitates over one million e-bike rides each month across its fleet of 15,000 vehicles.

With a strong background in operations and a career dedicated to the mobility tech sector, Agustin played a key role in the founding team of Cabify, Spain’s first unicorn and the first ride-hailing company to achieve both positive EBITDA and offset their carbon footprint.

Agustin’s passion for transforming urban transport was reignited when he moved to London for his studies. Frustrated by the city’s limited and costly mobility options, he recognised the untapped potential in cycling. Although infrastructure was improving, the market remained underserved by expensive operators.

By launching Forest with its unique adtech and 10 minutes free, Agustin addressed both environmental challenges and accessibility gaps - delivering a cleaner, more affordable, and enjoyable way for people to move around London.
