Ownboard was founded in 2017 to make electric skateboarding more accessible and convenient for the more hesitant riders. Today, Ownboard operates out of two locations - Shenzhen, China (where most of the manufacturing occurs) and San Francisco, USA (headquarters).
The Micromobility Landscape is a snapshot of the most prominent micromobility solutions currently available on the market. Maintaining the list is a constant work in progress.
