Philip Reinckens is CEO of Spin, effective 6th June 2022. In this role, Philip is responsible for leading the direction of Spin, including acceleration of its integration into its parent company TIER Mobility.  

Prior to this, he held several roles at TIER in Germany. Most recently he was VP of Business Transformation and before that he steered as Regional General Manager its largest regions in Europe comprising 6 countries. He has played an integral part in launching TIER’s German market, the largest micromobility market in Europe, in 2019 and growing the company to a global player. Before joining micromobility, he worked in the automotive industry, holding various positions in strategy consulting, and internal audit.
