Christy is a Shareholder with the Product Liability practice group at Nilan Johnson Lewis. She has extensive experience serving as national and regional counsel to product manufacturers across the United States and Canada defending consumer and industrial product manufacturers. Christy has deep expertise in defending micromobility products, as well as powersports such as ATVs, side by sides, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, boats, and bicycles. In addition to handling litigation, Christy regularly consults with clients regarding preventative measures that can maximize their internal processes and business objectives while minimizing the costs associated with litigation. She advises on warnings development, recalls, CPSC investigations and regulatory issues.
